Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel or rebook your service I respectfully ask for at least a 24 hour notice. Any cancellation without this notice will result in an automatic 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I do not require a deposit when booking, if you no show or cancel without following my cancellation policy you will be required to send a deposit for all future appointments. My time is valuable and so is yours!
**Any cancellations due to severe illness, uncontrollable factors, death or any other serious matter will be dismissed from the policy but this MUST be discussed with me. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours your card will be charged per the policy above. No exceptions.
